Joe is a real estate broker who sells mid-size apartment buildings. A transplant from Iowa, he is proud to call Chicago home. A few of his favorite things are pepperoni pizza, steak tacos, coffee, and a cold Guinness (not usually together), and he has found the city to be a great place for all of the above.

Katie is a speech-language pathologist turned real estate junkie. She grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and has the accent to prove it. She is a cheeseburger connoisseur and a regular at Midtown Athletic Club. It’s all about balance, right?
